Beacon of Hope Foundation began in 2024 with two friends, Oluchi and Kelly, united by a shared desire to make a difference in the lives of people around them.
What started as a simple act of kindness — coming together to support a few people in need — gradually grew into a bigger vision. We began to see that the desire to help should not be limited to the people immediately around us. There were communities beyond our reach, families facing difficult circumstances, widows in need of support, and children who deserved to experience love, care and hope.
With Kelly from Zimbabwe and Oluchi from Nigeria, we shared a vision that crossed borders: to take our passion for helping others into our respective communities and, eventually, beyond them.
Since then, we have carried out outreach activities in Zimbabwe and Jos, Nigeria, reaching people and communities through practical acts of kindness and support.
Today, our vision is bigger than where we started. We dream of a foundation that reaches across nations, touches lives and brings hope to vulnerable people regardless of their location, background or circumstances.
We believe that no act of kindness is too small, no community is too far and no person should feel forgotten.
Beacon of Hope Foundation is more than an organisation; it is a commitment to humanity, compassion and the belief that together, we can make the world a little brighter.
